Skystone Group LLC was appointed to take over the remaining hotel work at 218 West 50th Street from the preceding General Contractor. In addition to the unfinished work, Skystone was also tasked with elevating the existing work to an acceptable standard. This scope included; complete strip-out renovations to 80% of the hotel rooms, davit installations for window washing equipment, signage, adjacent property license agreement closeout, façade restoration, roof replacement, paver replacement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler system correction and upgrade.
