Once completed, this 300-key hotel will be the tallest modular hotel in Manhattan. Skystone Group LLC
has been involved on this project since inception, including training two general contractors and their
subcontractors in the modular application and delineation of scope. The project will be the first of its
kind in the city and includes 14 unique module types, a staircase module and all exterior façade
components. The project is currently under steel cage production in Poland and is scheduled to deliver the first modules to the port of New York in July, 2016.
